Please join us as we celebrate the online release of the Quilted Quatrains Activity Guide. We will share information about the guide and give a “tour” of this new resource. Following a presentation, there will be time for questions and conversation.
Quilted Quatrains Activity Guide Launch Thursday, May 30th, 2:00-3:00 pm, on Zoom
Quilted Quatrains is a creative aging workshop celebrating memories, stories, and traditions through a Story Circle, Creative Writing, and Story Quilt Block Making. As participants animate their stories through words and cloth, sharing their pieces with one another builds community through conversation and connection.
Quilted Quatrains unfolds over a series of three 90-minute workshops that can be hosted either in-person or virtually. This program is designed to be facilitated by teaching artists, quilters, senior center staff, museum educators, or others working in community settings. The Quilted Quatrains Activity Guide provides a road map for facilitating the program, including a supplies list, step-by-step instructions, and more.
