In this session, we’ll engage in guided art activities led by certified art therapist and brain injury survivor Allison Moir-Smith; fostering self-expression and relaxation. It’s a safe, inclusive space to share and connect with others who understand your journey.

Theme: Community Flower Garden

Concept: Each participant paints a flower on their canvas, contributing to a virtual “garden” compiled by the instructor post-class. Flowers represent individual strengths uniting as a group.
