The South Carolina Department on Aging is having a Senior P.R.E.P. event on September 9 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Bennettsville Community Center, located at 714 North Marlboro Street Bennettsville, SC 29512.

The South Carolina Department on Aging’s Caregiver and Alzheimer’s Resource Division is seeking input from unpaid caregivers in South Carolina to gather insights into the experiences and needs of caregivers across the state. Specifically, we are assessing the availability and effectiveness of respite care services for all caregivers, regardless of the condition or diagnosis of the care recipient.
Caregivers can be spouses, grandparents, adult children, siblings, or other relatives or friends who provide non-professional care and/or assistance.
