Thank you for considering the South Carolina Department on Aging for your future speaking engagement. 

We ask you submit the form a minimum of 4-6 weeks before the event. For more information, contact Michael Christopher at mchristopher@aging.sc.gov.

SCDOA welcomes the opportunity to share knowledge on aging and the services our agency, caregivers, and partners offer. We provide a variety of options to serve and educate the community. These options include:
 

• Presentations on specific topics
• Providing agency information at various events
• Vulnerable Adult services
• Family caregiver support services
• Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias services, education, and information
• Medicare and Medicaid assistance and information
• Nutrition information
• Advocating for residents in long-term care facilities
• Workforce recruiting and training for older adults 55-and-older
