Participating in the Living Well South Carolina class can improve your life!
The Living Well South Carolina program uses a tested and proven method of helping people manage their chronic conditions that was developed by medical researchers at Stanford University.
Small groups of classes are held once a week for 2 1/2 hours over a six week period. By attending all six classes, participants will gain the knowledge and skills needed to help them live a healthier life.
