We invite family caregivers, care recipients, respite providers, and other supporters of caregivers to join us for SC Respite Awareness Day at the SC State House in Columbia, SC to inform the public and elected officials of the valuable work done by our state's family caregivers. We are promoting the vital importance of respite and taking a break. This event will honor our state's Respite Champions — community leaders who promote the use of respite and its role as a vital health service.
Following the event at the State House, lunch will be provided at Bethel AME Church. If you plan to join us for lunch, please RSVP by February 8, 2024.
